我们的网络工程师检测，造成不稳定的路由引擎上2014年7月11日内存泄漏。这种内存泄露引起的随机数据包丢失，通过了其中的服务器路由到700-R1网络。一位参与清除内存泄漏的分辨率是做造成的5-10分钟延长停机时间硬重启。

因此，计划的维护窗口将出现在2014年7月18日在下午6:00 PDT。 -  21:00 PDT。我们预计3分钟的停机时间，而我们每个线路卡升级到了更新后的代码。我们的工程团队坚信，这应该解决了，7月11日发生了内存泄漏，2014年

Dear Client,

Our network engineer has detected a memory leak that caused instability to its routing engine on July 11, 2014. This memory leaked caused random packet lost through out the network where servers are routed over 700-R1. One of the resolution involved to clear the memory leak was to do a hard reboot which caused a prolonged downtime of 5-10 minutes.

Therefore, a scheduled maintenance windows will occur on July 18, 2014 at 6:00 PM PDT. - 9pm PDT. We anticipate a 3 min downtime while we upgrade each line card to its updated code. Our engineering team strongly believes that this should resolved the memory leak that occurred on July 11, 2014
